    Clean the surface thoroughly using wire brush to remove all loose material, dust etc from the surface.Wash the surface to ensure that the cracks & minor voids are free of all loose particles and dust. Cracks up to 5 mm to be filled with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and cracks more than 5 mm should be filled with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM). For repainting, apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating without dilution by roller with coverage at the rate 4.2-4.7 sq mt per litre for single coat. Allow the coating to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic/ Select Topcoat without dilution in desired shade by roller or brush coverage at the rate of 6.0-6.5 sq mt per litre per coat. For new construction, prior to the undiluted coats of Raincoat waterprof Coating, apply Dr Fixit Primseal at 50% dilution by water at the rate 8.0-10.00 sq mt per litre per coat.
