  • Water tank, dish antenna, split AC unit bases
  • During surface preparation an important thing is the fitting of drain outlets

Q. I would like to have a garden on my terrace which should not leak. Is there any offering?

To create the leakfree garden on terrace, normal waterproofing methodologies are not sufficient. You must put heavy duty, impermeable membranes under the garden with proper drainage systems to channel out the excess water from it. Torchon membranes like Dr. Fixit Torchshield or EPDM membranes such as Dr. Fixit Flexshield must be used for terrace garden waterproofing.
